TLE is participating in our FIRST-EVER parade!
We will be walking in the Orange Township Fourth of July parade and want YOU to JOIN US! The parade is a community celebration of American history and we are so excited to be a part of it!
Planning to attend + walk with us?
We will be meeting NO LATER than 9:00am at Olentangy Orange Middle School (2680 E. Orange Road, Lewis Center). Wear your TLE Spirit + as much TLE Pink as possible! If you are attending and plan to walk in the parade with us, you must fill out the waiver & photo release form and email them back to us at [email protected].
parade rules & regulations
Restroom:
- Restroom facilities are limited to port-o-johns next to the Olentangy Orange Middle School building. No damage shall be done to the restroom facilities.
- Alcoholic beverages, marijuana (prescription or recreational), and/or illegal drugs are prohibited in the staging area.
Animals:
- Registrants, animal owners, and/or handlers are fully responsible for their animals and their animal’s actions.
- At all times, animals shall be under the control of a person who is of suitable age and is physically and mentally capable of handling the animal. Animals shall at all times be on a leash or tether held by such person.
- All animals shall have updated vaccinations, be in good health, and able to cope with heat, crowds, loud noises, other animals, and/or other adverse or unusual conditions.
- Registrants, animal owners, and/or handlers shall clean-up all excrement from their animals in the staging area.
Vehicles:
- We will be walking as a group and vehicles are prohibited.
Handouts:
- We may be providing samples for you to give out. Samples are to be HANDED to the spectators, NOT thrown.
