If I can no longer attend after payment plan payments have been made, can I get a refund? At the time of purchase, a non-refundable deposit payment of $595 is made. If a cancellation occurs, refunds on additional payments made towards the booking total will vary based on the terms & conditions below.

If I can no longer attend the event, can I transfer my ticket? The non-refundable deposit of $595 is non-transferrable. In the case you can no longer attend the event, your room booking can be transferred, as long as the transfer is completed by December 10, 2025.

Will I need a passport for this trip? Yes, a passport is required and must be valid for at least 6 months AFTER the trip.

TLE PARADISE TICKET PayMENT
Pay-In-Full Option: All pay-in-full total transactions of $2,097 will process at the time of checkout.
Payment Plan Option:
A $595 non-refundable deposit will process at the time of checkout. The payment method provided in the form during the checkout process will be used for the monthly payment of $400.50 on September 10, 2025, followed by 3 additional monthly payments of $400.50. Your final payment will process on December 10, 2025.
If transaction fails, you’ll be notified by our support team within 72 hours to help resolve the issue. After 3 attempts to process the payment and/or 30 days of non-payment, your ticket will be forfeited. If a forfeit occurs prior to December 10th, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOM TERMS
In the event that a roomate can no longer attend, regardless of time of cancellation, and the other guest is forced into a single occupancy room, the difference between the single and double occupancy will be deducted from the cancelled guests’ prorated refund or will be invoiced the difference.
Cancellation & REFUND POLICY
Both pay-in-full and payment plan options have a $595 non-refundable amount.
You can cancel your booking anytime before December 10, 2025. You will be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the $595 non-refundable amount. Refund amounts vary based on circumstances.
After December 10th, you’re no longer eligible to receive ANY refund on your booking.
NON-REFUNDABLE $595 EXCEPTIONS:
You may be eligible for a refund up to $1,000 (which includes the $595 non-refundable amount) ONLY if:
AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT
1. You are 23+ weeks pregnant.
2. Your newborn is LESS THAN 8 weeks old.
3. Military deployment within your immediate household.
In this case, you will be forefitting your event swag bag.
60 DAYS PRIOR TO TRIP
1. Any personal medical reason accompanied w/a doctor’s note.

If you cannot attend and paid the non-refundable deposit of $595, we will ship your swag to you after the event.
