I’m happy with what I see and I want to continue to better myself! Op45 and TLE has helped me stay consistent with my nutrition and workouts. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MY FAMILY for supporting me through it all. Here’s to a better me for years to come!

I’ve done every OP45 and I improve through each one. I remember getting these shorts for Christmas in 2019, and cried after seeing that day 1 picture. I used that as my motivation for the year and I’m proud to say I have stayed consistent all year of 2020!

I loved this round. I’m officially down 7.6 lbs and 13.75 inches! Part of my OP45 goals was to spend more time with my family and my weekends have been packed with outdoor fun. I meal prepped yesterday and set my intentions for the week! Ready to keep going!

Wow, OP45 is done and I only missed one week!!! This was such a challenge but man, for my mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical health, I needed it!! I’m so proud of all that I accomplished and the good habits I have made!
