Michelle is a world class ISSA Certified Elite Trainer, as well as a Certified ISSA Personal Trainer, ISSA Nutritionist (CNC), ISSA Glutes Training Specialist, and AFPA Certified Prenatal & Postpartum specialist located in Columbus, Ohio. She has been studying nutrition, supplementation, and the human body for almost a decade. Michelle spent four years in the body building industry that was fueled by a prior eating disorder known as Nighttime Eating Syndrome (NES). Michelle went on to compete as a national NPC women’s physique competitor and dominated the stage for 4 years until she realized she was tired of being tied down to rigid training routines and strict meal plans.

After a couple years of studying herself and breaking the chains that diet culture once had on her, Michelle then went on to coach and mentor thousands of women to food freedom, self love and maximizing their time in a physical training aspect. Michelle is now the founder of The Ladies Edge which was established December 17th, 2017. Since then, Michelle has touched over 15,000 women through her program helping women love themselves where they are RIGHT NOW in the process of finding their undeniable confidence.
Michelle’s mission is to help women break free from the lies and limitations that have been placed on them both mentally and physically. With an amazing culture, and 23 minutes of high intensity weight training, she is helping women acquire many things into their lives, one of which is time. Her belief is that health and fitness should fit around your life, not your life having to fit around health and fitness.
What Michelle is known for most is her ability to connect with women in a raw, authentic way in a very filtered world. She wholeheartedly believes in her mission and shows up for a live workout everyday with her community. Through the struggles of life, Michelle continues to enforce The Ladies Edge manifesto and drive home the ending statement,
“We got rid of the pressure of having it all together, we get overwhelmed but don’t quit, we get exhausted but don’t stop, we fight back when times get tough – We show up.”
All in all, Michelle is on the pursuit to impact the lives of women all around the world by sharing her personal story, struggles and expertise with the goal of helping them become the best version of them selves both mentally and physically.
