Jesie Roser

TLE Coach

Jesie lives in rural Frazeysburg, Ohio with her high school sweetheart Kris and their three boys, Warren, Mason, & Jensen. She graduated in 2013 from The Ohio State University with an undergraduate degree in Speech & Hearing Sciences. She then moved on to pursue a nursing degree, graduating from Central Ohio Technical College, and continued education at Ohio University completing her BSN. Jess currently works as a Registered Nurse Care Manager for 12 ambulatory practices coordinating care across the continuum.

Jess grew up playing sports with a passion for softball, being active and all things fitness related. After her second pregnancy, she felt isolated and overwhelmed with raising two babies, retaining 50lbs of baby weight and mourning the loss of an older sister. During that time, she knew she needed to find herself again, surround herself with positivity, and be a part of a supportive community.

Jess has known Michelle for many years and has looked up to her in so many ways. The moment TLE was born, Jess knew it was only a matter of time before she joined. It was the end of 2019 when she took the leap and joined The Ladies Edge. She went all in and quickly fell in love with all that TLE had to offer: amazing workouts, new friends, encouragement, support and many new connections within the community. TLE was the place that allowed her to regain confidence, self worth and gave her the push she needed to lose that 50lbs of baby weight. Coming into her 3rd pregnancy, she was able to stay active the entire way with an easier transition into postpartum, all thanks to TLE.

Jess is still very much in love with all things TLE, especially the local events and yearly retreats.
In April of 2024, she attended what seemed to be a regular TLE event, showing up with other members and friends, enjoying their time together. Little did she know that later that day, Michelle would ask her to tryout for a TLE coaching spot. Tryout day came, and Jess (unsurprisingly) crushed it and did a phenomenal job. Without hesitation, Michelle & Terica offered her the spot to which she gladly accepted.

"Being a tle coach is so special to me because i am able to encourage and support the community with hopes of making everyone feel empowered. I want them to feel at home with tle."
