Another small, easy to pack convenient piece of equipment to enhance your On-The-Go workouts! Level Up Bands are 100% optional, but 200% LOVED. Trust us, you will totally love them!
Fabric Level Up Bands
Level up your Level up band experience– ha! Our fabric Level up bands provide extra comfort while staying put, and offer a different challenge than our other style Level Up Bands. A highly recommended ON-THE-GO must-have!

This section was created with YOU in mind. Nothing is worse than finding your rhythm, gaining momentum, and then travel ruining it ALL – am I right? It’s so frustrating! TLE was created to fit in your life whenever and wherever you need it. Somedays it may be at gym, other days in your living room, hotel bedroom or – SHOOT – even on the beach– followed by your favorite summer cocktail of course. #becauselife – wink
In this section you’ll find focused workouts for each muscle group: chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs and core. Each section will specify what is needed: resistance band, level up bands, sliders or somedays, nothing at all. All of the equipment in this section is easy to travel with, and can be found on this page for purchase.
