This 10-workout series is designed to progress with you:
Workouts 1–3 are our classic 23-minute sessions – short, focused, and FIRE.
As you move through the series, the workouts gradually extend, leading you all the way up to a 1-HOUR total body Pilates blast. Who doesn’t want an hour for themselves? SO good and oh so needed.

PILATES TIPS
Whether you’re rolling out your mat for 23 minutes or diving into a full hour — your Pilates power starts from one place: your core.
These simple cues will help you get more out of every TLE Body by Pilates session (and maybe even shake a little harder.)
1. Breathe from your belly.
Your breath fuels your core connection. On every exhale, pull your belly button gently toward your spine. That deep core activation will make each movement feel stronger and more controlled.
2. Find your neutral spine.
Before every move, check that your lower back isn’t arched or pressed flat. Keeping your spine in its natural “neutral” curve helps your abs, not your back, do the work.
3. Small moves, big fire.
You don’t have to go big to feel it. Tiny, controlled pulses are where the results really happen, especially when you stay connected to your breath and form.

Ciara Harris is a mom, wife and mover who believes wellness is a lifelong adventure with equal parts sweat, laughter, and grace. After an emergency C-section, Pilates became her path to healing; finding strength in slowness, breathing and a new appreciation for the subtle power of intentional movement.
