TLE Retreat 2023 is happening Thursday, October 5th – Sunday, October 8th In Logan, Ohio. The event concludes Sunday, October 8th sometime after the morning workout. The exact time and schedule is TBD but will be released as soon as possible.
The TLE Retreat takes place on 300 acres in the beautiful Hocking Hills of Ohio in the city of Logan. Attendees are responsible for bringing their own tent or finding a tent group to camp with. Tents, sleeping gear, pillows, blankets, etc. will not be provided. Our TLE Retreat Facebook page will allow you to connect with other women if you’re looking for a camping buddy.
Due to the nature of this event being held outside, you are not required to wear a face mask at the TLE Retreat. Wearing a mask is completely optional and up to the attendee based on their own preference. Sanitization areas will be placed throughout the property and encouraged to use frequently throughout the weekend. If attendees wish to practice social distancing, we encourage the individual to take their own social distancing precautions. We will continue to monitor local and state recommendations and guidelines.
Event check-in will be held Thursday afternoon on Oct. 5th. (Previous years began at 3pm et.). The event will conclude in the morning on Sunday, October 8th.
If you are traveling in by air, you will fly into John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) and we will have shuttles to the property from the airport. Once the event ends on Sunday, we will also shuttle you back to the CMH Airport. Shuttle tickets will be purchased SEPERATLY for an additional cost. As we get closer to the event a shuttle schedule will be provided so you can plan accordingly.
If you are planning to drive to the event, there will be designated parking areas on the property. As you enter the property, please follow the parking signs. There will be crew members available with Gators and trailors to help unload your bags and drive them to the camping area.
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled; however, we will be offering a full refund only under the following circumstances at the time of the event:
1. You are 34+ weeks pregnant.
2. Your newborn is LESS THAN 8 weeks old.
3. Military deployment within your immediate household.
4. Any medical reason accompanied with a doctor’s note.
In previous years, we have experienced cold (super cold) AND warm conditions. We suggest packing mostly athletic gear but keep in mind you may get hot or you may get chilly. Be sure to bring plenty of sweatshirts or jackets for the cooler evenings and mornings. Most definitely bring your TLE Gear and we HIGHLY suggest bringing tennis shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Yes! We will provide each attendee with 3 gallon jugs of water and food for the weekend. We’ve got you covered! If you have dietary restrictions, please be on the lookout for a request form coming soon.
You are permitted to bring your own food and beverages if you choose. Alcohol is not permitted on the property! This will be a dry event. If this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
