- Exercise Demonstration Section: Within this section you’ll find examples on how to properly execute particular exercise movements. Previewing this section will ensure you’re making the most out of your workouts and in the safest way possible.
- TLE Duos: Silly, sweaty, fun. Grab a partner and have a blast with these interactive 2-person workouts.
- Warm Up + Cool Downs: Kick off your workout with our 5 minute warm-ups and then cool down with our relaxing 10 minute stretches.
- Pop-Up Zooms: Get behind-the-scenes access to Michelle’s POP-UP ZOOMS, and crush it LIVE with her and the TLE community for workout recordings. What is a POP-UP ZOOM? Random spontaneous workouts when Michelle welcomes the TLE community to join her for a LIVE workout via ZOOM.

Make the most out of your Saturdays and join Michelle and the TLE Sisterhood for what many call the BEST WORKOUT of the week. Saturday LIVE workouts are hosted by Michelle or a TLE coach and usually start at 9AM ET unless otherwise specified. It’s a workout EVERYONE looks forward to!

The Ladies Edge not only helped me fall back in love having a healthy body, but also helped me fall in love with myself. I’m the lowest weight I’ve been in years and mentally the healthiest I’ve been in my life. I’ve lost almost 50 pounds but the love for myself I’ve gained is more important.

It’s hard to put what TLE has done for me into a few sentences. First, it has kept me more consistent than any other program I’ve ever done (and I’ve done a lot!). Secondly, it has given every person involved a healthy mindset about food!!!! Being an eating disorder therapist, this is so important to me! Lastly, it’s connected me with some amazing women

The Ladies Edge has given me confidence I never believed I could have. I am a better wife, mother, daughter and friend because of the influence of this program and the people in it.
