2025 BLOCK PARTY VENDOR FORM

If you would like to be an official vendor at the 2025 TLE Block Party, please fill out the form below! Once we receive your form submission, and if accepted, we will reach out with confirmation.

VENDOR DETAILS:

• Vendor Fee: $200. Invoice will be emailed once your form is submitted and accepted. Payment due prior to event.
• Vendor fee covers the entire event.
• This is an outdoor event. Rain or shine.
• Event location: The Ladies Edge - 7500 Green Meadows Dr., Unit 3104, Lewis Center, Ohio.
• Event Date: June 21st, 2025
• Event Time: 10am - 6pm
• Each vendor is permitted (1) 10'x10' space
• Permitted (1) 10'x10' pop up tent
• Tables are allowed
• Wifi is not provided, so if accepting card payments, vendor must provide own internet access.
• Electric outlets are not provided, so please bring your own generator if electricity is needed.
