If you would like to be an official vendor at the 2024 TLE Block Party, please fill out the form below! Once we receive your form submission, and if accepted, we will reach out with confirmation.


VENDOR DETAILS:


• Vendor Fee: $200. Invoice will be emailed once your form is submitted and accepted. Payment due prior to event.
• Vendor fee covers both AM and PM event times (if you choose to attend both. Times TBD).
• This is an outdoor event. Rain or shine.
• Event location: The Ladies Edge - 7500 Green Meadows Dr., Unit 2101, Lewis Center, Ohio.
• Event Date: June 29th, 2024
• AM Event Time: TBD | PM Event Time: TBD
• Each vendor is permitted (1) 10'x10' space
• Permitted (1) 10'x10' pop up tent
• Tables are allowed
• Wifi is not provided, so if accepting card payments, vendor must provide own internet access.
• Electric outlets are not provided, so please bring your own generator if electricity is needed.
